The Grand Rapids Public Museum (GRPM) opened registration today for the 2020 Camp Curious summer camps. This summer, kids pre-K through high school can explore the wonders of science, history, culture and more at the GRPM through a variety of camp offerings.
We’re thrilled to continue offering camp favorites, while also adding new and unique camp experiences to the public,” said Rob Schuitema, Director of Public Programs for the Grand Rapids Public Museum. “Our offerings appeal to children of all ages and we’re thrilled to welcome the next group of curious minds to the Museum this summer.”
The GRPM offers options for single day or multi-day camps with a variety of camp themes, running from mid-June to mid-August. New to the lineup this year include two camps – Survivors and Time Travelers. These two programs allow campers to explore and investigate plant and animal adaptations and early civilizations through the use of Museum artifacts, specimens and relics.
Camps are divided by school grades with different camp options for each age group. Pricing for camps vary, with discounts available for Museum members.
