Grand Rapids Ballet is celebrating the holiday season with their 10th-anniversary performance of The Nutcracker from Dec. 13-15 and 20-22 at DeVos Performance Hall. Join this special community celebration!
Featuring immersive sets, a stunning score, gorgeous choreography, and incredible dancing, this adventure is sure to become a family holiday tradition.
Grand Rapids Ballet Company Dancers grace the stage, performing choreography by Val Caniparoli on an immersive set imagined by Grand Rapids’ own Chris Van Allsburg and designed by world-famous Eugene Lee. Enjoy Tchaikovsky’s renowned score played by the Grand Rapids Symphony, and follow Clara who receives a magical Nutcracker from her godfather, Herr Drosselmeier, and embarks upon an adventure through the land of the sweets.
