On Saturday, June 19, during The Black Impact Collaborative Juneteenth Celebration, Cherry Health will be onsite at Calder Plaza to offer COVID-19 vaccinations from 3-7 p.m. Cherry Health will be offering gift cards for those that get vaccinated (while supplies last).
Community members interested in being vaccinated should call Cherry Health’s COVID-19 Hotline at (616) 965-8347 to register for an appointment. Those calling to set up an appointment should mention that they would like to be vaccinated at the Juneteenth (June 19) event. The COVID-19 Hotline is open Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
If individuals are unable to schedule ahead of time, Cherry Health will accept walk-ups and will register them on-site.
Everyone will be given an appointment for their second vaccine to be completed at Cherry Health’s Heart of the City Health Center, which is located at 100 Cherry Street, 3 weeks after their first dose.
