Integrity Tree Service becomes employee owned

Grandville business becomes 100-percent employee-owned

Integrity Tree Services announced that it is now a 100% employee-owned company following the launch of an August 2022 employee stock ownership plan (ESOP). With 200+ team members conducting vegetation management across 7 states, the ESOP enables the 24-year-old company to open a new chapter of employee retention, satisfaction, and results.

Integrity Tree Services CEO Phil Sims shared, “We are excited about this change because it encourages our team members to take ownership of the company’s culture and success. Every decision they make will affect the profitability of the company and can increase their stock value. We will also be able to deliver an even higher quality of work to our clients across the nation.”

The former owners of Integrity Tree Services will serve amongst others on the Board of Directors. Integrity’s leadership team will continue to manage the company and execute the strategic plan.. Employees are eligible to participate in the ESOP provided they are at least 18 years of age and have completed one year of service to the company. The ESOP represents an added benefit to employees at no additional cost; it is not a replacement or substitute for a different benefit

As a growing vegetation management service provider, Integrity Tree Services is currently hiring new team members in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia, and Colorado. Learn more about their benefits, including employee ownership, at integritytree.com/join-our-team.
