JW Marriott Grand Rapids is hosting a two-day Wedding Showcase to unveil its newly renovated International Ballroom on Jan. 12, 2020, from 2-6pm and Jan. 13, 2020, from 4:30-7:30pm.
Wedding and event experts from JW Marriott will be on hand to answer questions regarding holding your ceremony and reception on property and the space will be set as an example wedding.
Light hors d’oeuvres and refreshments will be served. The space will be decorated by Modern Day Events and Floral, a DJ provided by Music Host Entertainment, mini services by the Spa at the JW, and a photo booth by Look At U. Local designer RC Caylan Atelier will also be displaying the latest in wedding dress design.
The newly renovated space has been completely transformed to create a warm environment for weddings and celebrations, with dark, muted tones, and metallic accents. The pre-function space will also feature furniture made from rich wood and plush fabrics.
Admission to the event and parking in the JW Ramp are complimentary. RSVPs can be made through Eventbrite for Jan. 12 here and Jan. 13 here. Those who RSVP and attend the event, will be entered into a drawing for a free night’s stay at the JW Marriott Grand Rapids.
