Kombucha, a fermented beverage dating back almost 3,000 years, has been used in many cultures as a beneficial drink for digestion, inflammation, immune function, and countless other uses including skin toner. Geoff Lamden is a naturopath, foodie, and founder of Sacred Springs. Geoff has brewed kombucha for over a decade and will teach you how to do it too, talk about proper handling, clear up myths, and talk about possible health benefits.
