Metro Health’s Family Day Camp is for families coping with cancer

Family Day Camp is especially for families coping with cancer.  Each 2-hour session will be packed full of fun for all ages. We’ve gathered the best family fun activities from around Grand Rapids and brought them all to The Cancer Center at Metro Health just for you! Activities and educational topics will vary depending on the day.

  • July 13 · Someone I Love is Sick – Learning about cancer
  • July 20 · Battling the Bad Guys – Learning about cancer treatment
  • July 27 · I’m Still Me – Learning about changes in loved ones and routines
  • August 3 · Happy or Sad, the Good and the Bad – Learning how to express our emotions and hot to support each other.

Special activities include the Critter Barn, Fan’C Face Painting and a Bounce House.
