Pastry chef Susan Vandenberg will be visiting the KDL Kentwood (Richard L. Root) branch, Saturday, Aug. 4.
During a 10 a.m. program, Vandenberg will be demonstrating step-b-step techniques for making different pastry doughs to be used with local seasonal Michigan fruits. tarts, pies, and perfect dough by hand.
The KDL Kentwood branch is located at 4950 Breton Ave. SE, next to the Kentwood City Hall. On Saturday, Aug. 11, at 10 a.m., Vandenberg will present the same program at the KDL Grandville branch, located at 405 Maple St. SW in Grandville.
