The aim of forest meditation is to slow down and become immersed in the natural environment, join us for a Forest Meditation experience! We will walk in nature, observing our natural environment with all of our senses while forming a stronger connection to ourselves and the outdoors. Our resident Mindfulness Instructor, Amber Kilpatrick, will be your guide. Dress for the weather (including bug spray), and bring a journal and pen. We will also build a fire together during this program. You are welcome to bring a lighter or matches.
