Aetna Agreement
Trinity Health has reached a multi-year agreement with Aetna, a CVS Health company, that will allow valued patients and members to maintain the in-network access to Trinity Health hospitals, facilities, and health care providers. Patients can continue to schedule appointments and seek care at Trinity Health as normal.

Humana Out of Network
Trinity Health is no longer included in Humana’s network effective Jan. 1. This affects patients covered by Humana Medicare Advantage.
Trinity Health says they worked over the course of several months to reach a fair agreement that appropriately covers the true cost of care provided, protect their access, and remain in-network for care and services.
Patients who are pregnant or receiving ongoing treatment can call the number on the back of their Humana insurance card to receive more information about Continuity of Care and the possibility of continuing in-network care at Trinity Health.
