On April 24, Governor Gretchen Whitmer extended the Michigan stay-at-home order. Within that order, Whitmer did relax the rules in regards to certain businesses and recreational activities. Below is a list of recreational activities in the cities of Kentwood and Wyoming that may be open under this new executive order. Call or check the business’s website to confirm if the business is open and its hours of operation before heading out.
According to the order, residents are encouraged to stay at home and only go out as needed. Those who do go out should abide by social distancing guidelines, such as six feet between people, and all residents must wear a mask when out in public.
