The Wyoming Police Department thanks the public for their assistance in locating her.

The Wyoming Police Department is asking for assistance in locating 71-year-old Marie Decosey.

Marie was last seen near 56th Street SW and Byron Center Avenue in the City of Wyoming on Nov. 3, 2024 at approximately 5 p.m. Marie suffers from dementia and left this area on foot in an unknown direction. She has not been heard from or seen since.

Marie is a white female with gray hair, approximately 5’4” tall and has a thin build. She was last seen wearing a navy-blue scrub jacket, pink shirt, black sweatpants, black shoes, glasses, and walks with a cane.

Wyoming Police continue to search for Marie.

FOUND: Wyoming Police locate endangered missing person

Patrick Mateo was located alive and is receiving medical treatment.

Grandville Police Department responded to a welfare check of an individual lying in the grass near Wilson Avenue and Indian Mounds Drive. Upon arrival, police recognized the individual as Patrick Mateo. Patrick was transported to an area hospital for medical treatment.

Wyoming Police would like to thank the public and area law enforcement agencies for assisting with the Patrick Mateo search.

The Wyoming Police Department is asking for assistance in locating 67-year-old Patrick Mateo.

Patrick was last seen near 28th Street and De Hoop Avenue SW in the City of Wyoming on Aug. 24, 2024, at approximately 2 p.m. Patrick suffers from Alzheimer’s and left this area on foot to an unknown destination. He has not been heard from or seen since.

Patrick is a Hispanic male with gray hair, approximately 5’8” tall and has a thin build. He was last seen wearing a black hat, gray sweater, green dress shirt, blue jeans and sunglasses.

Wyoming Police continue to search for Patrick. Anyone in the area of 28th Street and De Hoop Avenue SW is asked to be on the lookout for Patrick; if he is located or seen please contact Wyoming Police at 616-530-7300 or 911.

UPDATE: Wyoming Police Department say Anthony Adrianse is no longer considered a missing person

UPDATE: Anthony Adrianse’s well-being was verified by Wyoming Police Investigators on October 11,
2023, he is no longer considered a missing person.

The Wyoming Police Department is asking for assistance in locating 36-year-old Anthony Scott Adrianse.

Anthony was last seen leaving his residence near Burton Street and Burlingame Avenue SW in the City of Wyoming on Sept. 22, 2023, at approximately 6:30 PM. He left in a Gray 2013 Honda Accord 4-door bearing Michigan registration EJH3217 and has not been heard from or seen since.

Anthony is a white male, approximately 6’ 0” tall and 200 pounds. He has dark brown hair which is long and usually in a ponytail.

Wyoming Police detectives continue to investigate this incident.

Attached are photos of Anthony and a stock image of the vehicle he was last known to be driving.

Wyoming police continue search for missing Wyoming man

The Wyoming Department of Public Safety needs the public’s assistance in locating Darriol Stephens, a 66-year-old white male from Wyoming. Stephans has been missing since Dec. 11 when he was seen leaving his residence by his roommate. Stephens requires medical attention which he has not received and there is growing concern fo this safety.

Wyoming Police are also trying locate Stephens black 2012 Chevy Impala with Michigan registration DSG2228. The vehicle has tinted windows and is similar to the vehicle pictured.

Wyoming Department of Public Safety detectives have conducted an extensive investigation and have followed up on all leads, but the leads have reduced significantly. We are again reaching out to the public for their help in locating Stephens or his vehicle.

“We are hopeful that someone may have information that we have not yet received and that they will reach out to our team,” read a press release from the Wyoming Department of Public Safety.

Wyoming Police asks public’s help in locating missing Wyoming woman

The Wyoming Department of Public Safety continues to investigate the disappearance of Ana Marie Carrillo of Wyoming.

 

Carrillo, a 35-year-old Hispanic female was expected at an address in Wyoming on Sunday but never arrived.  Her vehicle was located in a business parking lot near 40th and Clyde Park Avenue.  Carrillo is described as 5’2”, 140, brown hair and brown eyes.  She was last seen wearing a white Aeropostle sweater, gray sweatpants and white shoes.

 

According to the Wyoming Department of Public Safety, at this time officers have no reason to suspect foul play but her lack of contact with friends and family without explanation is unexpected and unexplained.

In a statement today, officers said that the investigative staff is actively working this case with interviews and following up on any tips from. Friends and family still have not heard from Carrillo and are still appealing to the public to assist us with attempting to local her, according to police.

Body found in Kentwood identified as missing person

A body found in the 3100 block of 52nd Street in Kentwood has been identified as the missing person Willie Crawford.

 

Crawford, who had dementia, went missing form his home in the area of Eastern Avenue and 52nd Street on Dec. 3. Kentwood Police had sought information on Crawford’s whereabouts.

 

On Jan. 3, according to a police report, the Kentwood Police Department received a call about a body in the a small ravine in 3100 block of 52nd Street. The body was discovered by a person walking on the sidewalk. The body was taken to the Kent County Coroner’s Office.

 

Today, Jan. 4, an autopsy was performed and the body was identified as Crawford. There was no trauma to the body and the Coroner’s Office has listed his cause of death as exposure.

 

The Kentwood Police Department ended the release by stating that “our sympathies go out to Mr. Crawford’s family.”
